What Will You Do?
You will lead the development of the Company’s compensation program, policies and procedures. This position will manage compensation functions, including surveys, survey participation, job evaluations, salary structure development, incentive pay design and associated analysis and will ensure that all pay programs remain competitive and conform to the Company’s compensation strategy. The Compensation Manager seeks to determine and ultimately optimize the effectiveness of the classification, compensation plans and pay delivery, by recommending competitive pay with an acceptable level of internal pay equity. As a manager, you will also oversee the day-to-day performance of the Compensation team.
What Do You Need?
Bachelor’s Degree in Compensation, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years’ experience in compensation practices or related experience
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems and best compensation practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills and an analytical mindset
A positive can-do attitude!
