Manager Retail Customer Care - LCC

The Customer Service Manager will support local customer care department for Atlanta, GA, Brandon, FL and Arcadia Markets. This position will sit at the Brandon, FL Retail Distribution Center and manage 70 to 80 team members. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible to support the local customer care teams which manage the execution of department efficiently supporting the Distribution, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, eCommerce and customer care organizations. The leader will ensure the team delivers world class customer service to execute on spectacular delivery performance; combined with pre-delivery scheduling, sales order coordination, customer care communication, carrier accountability, delivery routing, customer billing and strong partnership with the Distribution Centers.

What do you Need?

· 5 years of experience in customer service, supervision or a combination preferred

· Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and technology and process optimization to improve associates and customer experience

· Ability to “seek to understand” and provide clear direction for a team with diverse roles

· Exposure to or experience running a “Control Tower” supporting in progress customer deliveries and same day customer resolution

· Exceptional teacher, coaching and planning to help associates learn and grow while they are in a role

· Make wise and sound decisions to enhance the customer and employment engagement

· Strong resolution and execution skills to deliver exceptional customer servie for both internal and external customers

· Ensure customer satisfaction goals are met

· Driving change and encouraging growth to achieve the company missing of delivery of “world class customer service.

· Furniture or Home Furnishings experience preferred

· Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary to support the business and team

· This individual will display leadership traits to promote a positive and professional environment.

· This position will ensure an efficient workload and workforce balance and effective utilization of trained resources in support of the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
