Human Resources Employee Ambassador
What Will You Do?
As part of our HR team, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. You will process, maintain, and file documentation to support HR policies and procedures, benefits and employee programs. Constants interaction with employees, the public, and state and federal agencies will be a part of your daily routine.
What Do You Need?
- 1+ year experience as an administrative professional
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws, HRIS systems, and payroll and employment benefits
- A positive, can-do attitude!
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
