Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor
What Will You Do?
You will provide leadership of the preventive maintenance organization in support of department and company goals. Develop preventive maintenance personnel, processes and procedures and provide the necessary technical expertise that achieves and increasingly effecting operation. Effectively manage conflicting priorities for PIV repair. Work closely with all supervisor and managers to ensure all troubleshooting equipment errors will be corrected quickly. Oversee and direct the PIV Preventive Maintenance Crew for multiple facilities. Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities.
What Do You Need?
Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or related or equivalent work experience, required
5 years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing PIV equipment, required
Supervisory/Management experience Licenses or Certifications
Company-issued PIV License or ability to obtain within 60 days, required
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and electronic problems
Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
