Warehouse Quality Supervisor

What Will You Do?

The Warehouse Quality Supervisor will work with the distribution center leadership to analyze processes improving quality, reducing variation and increasing throughput. The Quality Supervisor will collect, analyze and report data on product performance and standard operating procedure conformity on processes in multiple areas of the Distribution Center. This position will utilize Continuous Improvement communication tools for reporting findings to quality and warehouse management. The Quality Supervisor will audit various processes in the distribution center such as product locations, delivery truck preparations, prep cell processes, product handling, etc. The Supervisor is responsible to assist in the development of training and development for warehouse personnel and recommend changes to improve processes.

What Do You Need?

• Associate degree in Business, Quality Management or equivalent work experience required
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Ability to provide effective leadership and promote teamwork
• Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and engineering specifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
• Willing to travel among Ashley DC Network
