Title: Onboarding Compliance Specialist

Location: Onsite Charlotte, NC

What will you do?

The Onboarding Compliance Specialist is responsible for the Design, Implementation, Communication, and Maintenance of the carrier onboarding process. Ushering in new carriers and ensuring that they are properly set up in our systems, trained in our processes and practices, and compliant with our standards. Additionally, this individual will coordinate EDI setups as the liaison between our information technology team and the carrier.

What do you need?

Experience with system configuration, administration, and testing.

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience working with TMS & RMS systems.
