Title: Carrier Operations Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
What will you do?
The Carrier Operations Manager will plan, direct, implement, manage, and oversee daily Operations including pricing proposals, commitment decisions, and customer and carrier growth initiatives to control costs and maximize performance. The Operations Manager will plan activities, methods, and controls to meet quality, cost, and safety standards as well as investigate and resolve performance problems internally and externally. The Manager will provide guidance and coaching to respective teams. This position is the escalation point for carriers and internal partners. You will interact with the leadership team and staff of other departments within the company and externally.
What Do You Need?
3 years of experience in a combination of transportation, logistics, or Fleet.
