Learning Experience Designer
What Will You Do?
Using your expertise in learning analysis methods, you will analyze requirements to define learning solutions and learning experiences that contribute to closing defined knowledge, skill, and behavior performance gaps. You will be an expert in instructional systems design and learning experience design, all while employing project management, knowledge management, information architecture, and business analytics skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large scale learning and performance improvement projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
What Do You Need?
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, English, or Technical Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience, Required.
8+ years’ experience in instructional systems design and development for e-learning, instructor-led, and blended programs
