Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC has multiple openings for IT Developer in Advance, NC. Plan programs by studying specifications; arrange specifications by developing logical sequence, preparing flowcharts, and researching solutions. Code specifications by converting logical sequence and workflow into program language. Verify coding by performing unit testing and trial runs. Prepare program documentation. Provide advance job knowledge to the next level by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and learning from mentors and peers. Follow company standards. Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. Maintain reliable attendance. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested. Develop AI and Computer Vision systems for Visual Inspection, Augmentation of Staff and Process Automation using the following tools: Python, Tensor Flow, Yolo, Keras, Open CV, OpenMV, and Jupyter Notebooks.

Job Requirements

The position requires a bachelor’s degree Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Also, must have academic or work experience in:

• Web development experience using HTML 5 and CSS 3;
• Client-side scripting development experience using JavaScript and frameworks such as react.js or Angular;
• Server-side development experience using node.js and composable API patterns;
• Real time computer image processing using OpenCV framework and Python;
• Adoption of existing algorithms and development of new algorithms for image classification specific to manufacturing environments; and
• Machine learning, including development and training of neural networks including data preparation and organization.
