 Senior Graphic Designer

*This position is based out of our corporate office located near Downtown Tampa-Onsite*

 What Will You Do?

• Create various forms of visual advertisements which include print, in-store display, digital and online advertising as well as out-of-home and social media.
• Collaborate with copy team, account managers and other designers to develop engaging creative campaigns for diverse audiences
• Assist in creating and developing materials for various public events including experiential design
• Create compelling and thoughtful campaigns in support of initiatives, events and product launches across all company divisions while being mindful of the intended audience
• Understand the structure of the brand’s visual identity and how it is executed across all channels and touchpoints
• Work closely with senior management to translate key initiatives and business needs into strategic and innovative experiences
• Develop concept outlines, brainstorm creative ideas, develop sketches and wireframes to solicit feedback, and lead creative discussions with the broader creative team
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all digital channels, best in class design standards, trends and emerging technologies
• Demonstrate the following attributes: detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task while staying on schedule
• Must be adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment 

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of graphic design experience.
• Digital portfolio required.
• Well versed in all Adobe Creative Suite programs, with an emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of core design principles including typography, color theory, balance & proportion, print production and file management
• Has experience working with style guides and component-based design systems
• Has experience working with project management software tools like Workfront, Wrike, Smartsheet’s etc.
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Flexible and maintains composure as demands change
• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
• Handles multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
