Title: Brokerage Sourcing Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC

What will you do?

The Carrier Sourcing Specialist will source for carriers with the capacity available to fulfill the demand. You will work with internal business partners to schedule carrier onboarding activities, communicate customer-specific performance indicators to carriers, and will verify capacity for the lane assignment. The Carrier Sourcing Specialist will update Rate and Routing guides to ensure alignment.

 What do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field

Proven experience in sourcing processes.

Strong negotiation skills.
