What Will You Do?
You will use your stellar verbal and written communication skills to provide assistance with translation and interpretation. You will assist in the hiring process, performance management process, team meetings, training sessions, emergency and other situations. Our distribution center, operations department, and corporate department will utilize your skills for interviewing and hiring, providing tours, administering pre-employment tests, and any other necessary area. This is a second shift position.
What Do You Need?
Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources, or Communication or related field
1+ year experience in Spanish interpretation and translation
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, training practices and principles, and document management systems.
A positive can-do attitude!
