Maintenance Manager
What Will You Do?
You will coordinate and direct the daily duties and functions of all maintenance departments and shifts in a manufacturing environment. Lead and mentor supervisors and superintendents to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing management to service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, specify and establish preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, facilities, and powered industrial vehicle (PIV) needs, to support the manufacturing processes.
What Do You Need?
Associates Degree required.
Bachelor's Degree in maintenance management, Supervisory Management or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
5 years’ experience in a maintenance field with practical experience in mechanical, electronics, hydraulics, powered industrial vehicle (PIV) and/or HVAC maintenance, Required
PIV License, or ability to obtain within 60 days, Required
Knowledge of industrial electronic systems, including 480V, 240V and DC voltages and Industrial hydraulics and fluid power
3D Drawing Software such as CAD orSolidworks
