Senior Applications Support Analyst-
This position can be based out of Tampa, Florida, Advance North Carolina, Arcadia, Wisconsin or Colton, California
What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for providing technical and problem resolution support on all of Ashley Furniture’s applications across the globe with the goal of maximizing service availability and satisfaction for all internal and external customers. This position is also responsible for delivering clear, concise, timely communication to our customers to ensure their confidence in our team’s passion to provide them with the best customer experience possible.
You will be accountable for providing timely and effective support and escalation for Ashley Furniture’s systems, software and associated products.
What Do You Need?
• 2-5 years of experience in application support, Required.
• Knowledge of web applications, mobile applications, desktop applications highly preferred.
• Experience with coding in .NET, SQL, Java, C#, VB highly preferred.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
•Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
•Knowledge of ITIL Support Standards highly preferred.
Position hours include Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with on call every other month for 7 days including weekends.
