Quality Lab Technician

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for obtaining test samples, performing testing procedures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documenting and distributing test results to applicable persons to ensure products meet Ashley’s customers’ needs.When test results indicate a need for immediate managerial action, this position will advise as such in a timely manner.This position is also responsible administering cross-training to other lab technicians as well.

What Do You Need?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a testing environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
