Incentive Pay Analyst

What Will You Do?

You will review daily labor reporting time and attendance transactions and job transactions of production employees for the purpose of calculating incentive pay for the production employees. Apply appropriate incentive standards generated by the Industrial Engineers and review the scanning information for error conditions and follow up with supervision as needed. Additionally, this position will prepare and provide daily incentive earnings and hours for production employees to appropriate supervision.

What Do You Need?

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience, Required
  • 6 months’ experience of Finance, Accounting, or related field, Required
  • Proficient 10-key calculator skills
