Marketing Manager Community Activation & Events- Tampa, FL
What Will You Do?
You will be an integral member of the team that manages brand events and community integrations to help drive awareness and consideration of the brand in our local markets. Manage day-to-today project implementation and in-person execution of store Grand Openings throughout the US, Community Events and other local activations. This involves collaboration across the organization and with outside vendors to ensure communications are on strategy.
·Manages and executes store Grand Openings across the US, and other event-focused activations.
·Helps develop overall local and community marketing strategy based on customer insights, business needs, and trends to drive brand awareness and consideration.
·Manages the execution of community activation consisting of Local Community Events (Gasparilla Children's Parade.)
·Manages the goodwill community initiatives and in-market support for national partnerships with Heart Works, City of Hope and internal 501-C3 Hope To Dream.
·Provides overall project management and coordination of event marketing projects and integrations.
·Demonstrates the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
What Do You Need?
·Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
·3 - 5 years’ experience in event marketing Required.
·Brand experience preferred
