What Will You Do?
You will be doing full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, building talent pools, recruiting and managing the process through the new employee’s start date. You will have the opportunity to think outside the box and generate ways to attract talent, implement new recruiting strategies, and plan sourcing strategies. Work closely with your hiring managers throughout the selection process, while coaching them on current market trends and interviewing techniques.
What Do You Need?
·Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent work experience
·3+ years Human Resources or Talent Acquisition related experience
·A positive, can-do attitude!
·Understanding of State and Federal employment laws relative to responsibilities
·Advanced interviewing skills and the ability to sell
