 Manufacturing Technician Supervisor

 What Will You Do?

Supervise a team of Manufacturing Engineering Technicians and oversee their daily activities. Establish performance objectives for Technicians to support operations and company goals. Responsible for timely and accurate commissioning of equipment and implementation of engineering changes. Manage support for equipment and modifications during and after the commissioning process. Collaborate with Production Departments, Safety, and Plant Engineering to make modifications to layouts and equipment. Create and propose schedules to accomplish engineering changes and machine installs within acceptable timelines. Address challenges using evaluation, judgment, and data to select the right course of action. Energetic, problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Appreciates a challenge, learning about new technologies, and takes pride in a job well done.

What Do You Need?

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
• Associate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field, Preferred
• 2 Years of Management or Leadership Experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Manufacturing equipment installations and department processes desired
