Human Resources Compliance Analyst
What Will You Do?
You will support human resources related compliance projects and programs with cross-functional teams and focus on improving and enhancing labor and employment law related policies, practices, and processes across the enterprise. In addition, you will provide assistance to the HR Transformation team in identifying, maintaining and communicating Ashley’s annual Core Values Compliance Training programs. Conducting internal reviews and auditing of policies, procedures and training related to HR, legal and regulatory requirements, identifying possible violations and recommending proactive corrective measures will be a critical part of your role.
What Do You Need?
· Associate's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience, required
·2+ years’ experience within Human Resources or Legal, working in an audit and compliance capacity, required
·Demonstrated knowledge of identifying human resources compliance risk and providing methods to mitigate risk
·Experience and understanding of key employment laws such as Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, USERRA, etc.
·Knowledge of immigration and expatriate related assignments
·Ability to work in-office full-time
