Senior Retail Financial Analyst

What Will You Do?

You will collect, organize and present data to company management that is used in decision making to lower costs, reduce inventories and increase sales. Not only will you need the ability to analyze financial information with interpersonal skills to form management teams directed at process improvement and cost reduction, but you will also work with both the Corporate Finance teams and HomeStore Operations Management to develop analysis tools to assist process improvements, the development of key process measures, inventory management and the development of business plans and forecasts.Forming and focusing management teams directed toward increased traffic, conversion and profit margins will be a key responsibility in this role.

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with retail costing and inventory control systems
• Knowledge in budget planning, financial forecasting, and operational accounting performance measures.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a strong attention to detail!
