*Summer Internships will occur from May 31 through August 5 at our corporate office in Tampa, Florida. Summer Interns will be paid hourly and are expected to work onsite up to 40 hours per week during this 10 week program.

Our primary mission is to design and remodel Ashley retail locations, inspire our customers with visual displays, and create and maintain design standards for the Ashley brand. The team accomplishes this large mission through creating full sets of construction and merchandise documents, project management, budget valuation, construction site visits, procurement and on-site visual accessorizing/display creation. We collaborate with many internal and external teams, determine process and design improvements, and implement measures to grow the Ashley brand for all retail project types.

 What Will You Do?

·Drawing new stores into CAD

·Space Planning

·Construction Documents

·Merchandise Documents

·Mood boards for Custom Design Packages and Social Media posts

·Special projects as needed

What Do You Need?

·Pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or similar field, or equivalent work experience, Required 

·2 years experience with AutoCAD

·A passion for design and a desire to learn!
