What Will You Do?

The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Information Analyst, will work with Ashley’s Quality Engineers, IT staff, Vendor Champions & QA Operations teams to develop Quality Continuous Improvement solutions that align with the organization’s vision of “Being the Best Furniture Company.” Partnering with their colleagues in both Domestic and International Quality, Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Service, Distribution Operations, Warehousing, Finance, Customers, Suppliers, and others to assist in exceeding company’s short & long-term objectives.

The CQI Information Analyst will have a Customer-Centric mindset with the supporting proficiencies to continue improving Ashley’s service to them.These will include collaborative joint process improvement, technical skillsets, and the ability to lead integrated CQI projects, which will deliver significant value to Ashley’s external customers and internal cross-functional business partners.

This position is highly accountable for collaboration and communication with a wide variety of internal and external customers to identify opportunities for information management improvement in current and new systems that support product quality continuous improvement by defect reduction, faster time to market for quality engineering solutions and rapid identification of product quality trends with consequent solution tracking.

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Manufacturing/ Supply Chain Systems, Business Intelligence
• 3 years experience analyzing business data in a large corporate environment in order to develop information solutions for internal stakeholders
• Continuous Improvement and solutions development experience, Required
• Prefer ASQC, PMO, of Software Development Certifications
• Statistical analytics with data warehouses, query development, and smartsheets
• Experience with developing of advanced analytical including excel files utilizing large datasets for process improvements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
