What Will You Do?

You will process all truck and trailer parts as well as labor warranties. Ensure all warranties are updated and applied for timely. Review all warranty work orders to maximize warranty recoverability and maintain a high level of accuracy within claim filing and warranty software. Partner with vendors on the processing of claims for expedited return and support routine shop operations, including parts inventory.

What Do You Need?

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
• 3 years in the parts field, specifically truck parts field with computer inventory systems, Required
