Engagement Marketing Coordinator

 

What Will You Do?

We are seeking an Engagement Marketing Coordinator who works to support the Engagement Marketing Manager in driving the business. The Marketing Coordinator’s primary focus will be to develop and manage projects that improve marketing and advertising performance. This position works closely with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines and outside agencies to ensure communications and campaigns are aligned with Ashley standards and the overall marketing objectives.

  • Apply industry experience to analyze data, make decisions about project strategies, and assess the effectiveness of those projects.
  • Develop project plans and manage the execution of them.
  • Provides overall project management and oversees day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Helps execute overall marketing strategy based on customer insights, business needs, and trends to drive brand awareness and consideration.
  • Partners closely with creative, social media, and media teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, as well as influence their support of brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate’s vendor and partnership relationships, working closely to meet co-op KPIs through custom-curated programs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to develop segmented content to drive a more 1-to-1 relationship with existing customers and prospects.
  • Identifies and drives opportunities to continuously improve marketing and advertising performance, tools, documentation, and processes by analyzing performance and competitive research.
  • Ensures flawless execution of placements across the site.
  • Demonstrates the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.


What Do You Need?

  • 1-2 years experience in Marketing, required.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, marketing and advertising principles.
  • Flawless execution and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Document management system.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet.
  • Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities changes on short notice.
  • Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respect.
