Director ofImport Quality Operations
What Will You Do?
TheQualityAssurance (QA)Manager–Imports is responsible for import productinspections, testing, rework andadministrationof the company quality standards in accordance with customer and company satisfaction. Thisposition is responsible for scheduling, investigating and reporting on import finished goods quality issues and willcoordinate re-work projects for multiple facilities accurately documenting all expenses incurred to ensure properchargebacks.
What Do You Need?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. Required.
4 years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering or related field . Required.
Expertise in managing diverse teams that interact extensively with other departments
Quality and Continuous Improvement experience with a strong understanding quality assurance methodology and tools
Effective time management and organizational skills
Analytical andproblem-solvingskillsand background in root cause analysis
Proficient computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
