Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC has an opening for Sr. Application Administrator in Arcadia, Wisconsin. Design, develop, document and implement company software solutions by leveraging technology to satisfy the development requirements. Monitor, maintain, and update software systems to ensure optimal reliability and operational efficiency. Develop application configurations and coordinate deployment and automation of maintenance tasks and deployment processes. Lead development of automated performance metrics and application updates. Lead development of automated performance memes and application audits in conjunction with the Lead Application Administrator. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues impacting Ashley Furniture's systems, applications and services within the agreed time to recovery. Lead the research and resolution efforts during all incidents and implement information technology applications. Lead the installation, testing and documentation of enterprise systems. Provide guidance on software applications and issue resolution to junior staff. Work to continuously improve service and efficiency by enforcing process and procedure standards. Develop process and procedure standards to maintain and improve service and efficiency. Document application configuration. Full time: 40 hours per week. Position reports to One Ashley Way, Arcadia, WI 54612. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Job Requirements

Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computing, or related field, and three years of IT industry experience.

Also must have work experience in:

· Windows Systems Administration and Troubleshooting;

· Scripting languages including Python, Bash, PowerShell, and AZ CLI;

· Application installation, application support, and performance monitoring;

· Basic SQL Database Administration and Query Writing\Tuning;

· Analytical and problem solving;

· Kubernetes including Administration, Deployments, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting; and

· At least one of the following Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
