Clean up Supervisor

What Will You Do?

You will oversee operations of the Cleanup/Recycling Department and will supervise, direct and develop staff on your assigned shift. This position will plan and assign work, implement company policies and procedures, develop own internal policies and procedures for effective operations of the cleanup/recycling department and recommend solutions for improving productivity, quality, cost control and safety. Make recommendations to the Services Manager on equipment and daily operation of this area.

What Do You Need?

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Associate Degree in a cleanup/recycling related field, Preferred
• 3 years in a manufacturing cleanup/recycling environment, required, dealing with safe handling and cleanup of hazardous waste material.
• Knowledge of HMIS labeling system, Material data Safety Sheets and Blood Borne pathogens.
• Experience with Document management systems
