Talent Acquisition Coordinator
What Will You Do?
You will be the glue that holds the recruiting team together! From daily scheduling of interviews, screening of candidates and posting of positions, to searching for candidates and advertising online. You will manage the Applicant Tracking System, coordinate recruiting efforts for all locations, and manage the development and maintenance of advertising templates. Lastly, you will take the lead on coordinating all of the pre-hire process for new hires including offer letters, pre-employment tests, reference checks and background screenings.
What Do You Need?
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in HR Management staffing/recruiting position
Knowledge of basic state and federal employment laws, interviewing skills, and HRIS systems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and computer skills
A positive can-do attitude!
