Ashley Global Retail LLC has an opening for an IT Developer SR in Tampa, FL.

Create user information solutions by develop, implement, and maintain applications. Mentor and provide guidance to a team of developers as needed. Plan programs by studying specifications. Arrange specifications by developing logical sequence, preparing flowcharts, and researching solutions. Code specifications by converting logical sequence and workflow into program language. Verify coding by performing unit testing and trial runs. Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements. Prepare a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language and logic. Meet programming standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Identify work process improvements and implement new technology. Prepare program specifications based on documented business requirements. Prepare and review program documentation. Accomplish programming project requirements by coaching and mentoring programmers. Advance job knowledge to the next level by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and learning from mentors and peers. Follow company standards. Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. Maintain reliable attendance. Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup. Complete other assignments and special projects as requested. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 5 years of experience in software development. Alternatively, will also accept a Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 3 years of experience in software development.

Also must have work experience with:

· 1) iOS Mobile App Development;

· 2) objective C and Swift Programming language;

· 3) Microsoft Azure Technologies, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment;

· 4) XCode and Charles proxy;

· 5) Visual studio; and

· 6) Swift UI.
