Professional Driver Recruiter
The Professional Driver Recruiter is responsible for ensuring that candidates are best matched with current position openings. This position must have continuous knowledge of non-office openings within the organization. The Professional Driver Recruiter will interview the candidates and determine the best fit within the organization, request back checks for review and approval, and coordinate an interview with the hiring manager. The Professional Driver Recruiter will coordinate next steps with the candidate.
What Do You Need?
- 1 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or related field, required
- Driver recruiting background, preferred
- Strong interviewing skills
- A positive, can-do attitude!
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
