Customer Service Supervisor

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a team of Customer Care Representatives. This position will provide support and guidance primarily to representatives but to other areas of the business as needed. You will regularly make decisions following company guidelines, and assist with establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures.

What Do You Need?

·Associate Degree in Customer Service or Business related field, Required

·3 years of Customer Service Experience, Required

·Previous Supervisory or Management experience is a plus!

·Excellent oral and written communication skills 

·Professional telephone etiquette 

·Strong attention to detail 

·Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet

Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
