Freight Records Specialist
What Will You Do?
The Freight Records Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, and scanning/distributing all incoming driver paperwork. You will be accountable for monitoring and depositing COD’s collected by our drivers and communicate open items or discrepancies to Credit and Collections teams. In addition, you will work in conjunction with internal teams on requests. This position will maintain prompt, efficient and accurate data entry.
What Do You Need?
Associate Degree in Finance or related field, Preferred
1+ years of office support, clerical, or administrative work
1+ years of finance experience, preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
