Customer Service Lead
What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers primarily via phone and email. This position works closely with sales, supply chain planning, credit, transportation, distribution and other team members to ensure that customer orders, deliveries and questions are dealt with in the most professional manner. In addition, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to representatives and spending a majority of the work day listening to customer concerns and trouble-shooting to solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
What Do You Need?
·High School Diploma or equivalent
·3 years’ experience in Customer Service or related field
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Excellent time management and organizational skills
·Excellent coaching and support skills to assist your team
·Professional telephone etiquette
·Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet
·Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
