Provide high quality customer service to customers to ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints through effectively managing customer service workers. Maintain open schedule, utilize teamwork. Guide and Encourage a group of employees. Inspire , Motivate, and provide suggestions to hep their team member reach certain goals at work.

Manage the operation and admin
Lead and Motivate the team
Solve Problems
Train new customer service team members
Monitor average call length and overall volume
Listening to individual calls to ensure quality
Leading performance reviews
Creating reports for the manager
Suggesting new procedures to improve customer service
Motivating customer service team to meet goals
Meet and correlate with Enterprise management
Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
Communication Skills -often communicate with a wide range of people including customer service team members, managers, director, and clients.
Collaboration Skills -encourage colleges go work together
